Neat! I used my digital scrapbooking stuff to make a birthday card. I printed it out onto photo paper! Check it out.

I’m taking an online course for PhotoShop Elements Filters from the ScrapGirls website. The class is really neat. For our first assignment we were to install and play with some freebie filters. I actually got ambitious and made a whole layout.

I used a kit call Sweet Serenity by Gina Cabrera. Since the class is about filters I used a filter on this page. It’s called Spotlight. If you look at the picture you can see there’s a little bit of a spotlight (hence the name of the filter!).
So here is my second digiscrap page. I think it looks pretty good. I'm learning more and more about PSE 4.0. It's so fun to use!

WOW! I just created my first REAL digiscrap page.

^It's not spectacular, but I did create it on PhotoShop Elements 3.0. I was testing out my awesome new resizing skills. I guess it is more of a photo collage than a scrapbook page, but I am on my way…
I have been doing the lessons on The Scrapper's Guide to Adobe Photoshop Elements 4.0. If you've been thinking about digital scrapbooking this is SOOOO worth the $$. I've learned more in the last hour about the organizer, resizing and layers than I ever could clicking around in PSE myself. I will definitely be getting Volume II. ***** FIVE stars from me!
